Refund/Exchange Policy


Within 24 hours:
If you ordered an item within 24 hours and would like a refund, we can help with cancelling the order for you as soon as we can. 
After 24 hours:
After 24 hours, we will have to have you wait until the item has arrived to your door. 
In order for refunds to go through, you must meet both of the following criteria:
1. The item is faulty/flawed
We will have you send images of the item indicating its flaws and/or faultiness as well as a receipt or proof of purchase. Once we receive the images confirming this, we can offer to send you a new one (free of charge) or process a refund.
2. The item is in the same state as you received them in
Item in its original packaging and/or still in usable condition; item has not been worn. 
Refunds: If you choose for a refund, you will be responsible for the returning of the item. There will be a processing delay of a few business days and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
To complete this process, we will require a receipt, screenshot or any proof of purchase.
Note: Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. If it took longer for your item(s) to arrive, please let us know. We will check our records first and depending on the situation, extend the time for you. 


The item you purchased doesn't fit or if you are not satisfied with the item (e.g. quality issues). Although we are constantly trying to improve the quality of our items, we understand that everyone has different quality standards and expectations. Unlike most stores, we will let you keep the item (faulty or not) if you want an exchange i.e. you will not need to send us back the item you purchased, saving you the time and the cost of shipping. We will be happy to offer you an exchange for an item of similar value or the item in the right size.

Under any circumstances, if you don't have any supporting evidence or a valid reason for a refund/return/exchange, we reserve the right to not grant you any of these services.
There are certain situations where partial refunds are granted:
You paid retail price for the item, but a discount code was offered during the time of your purchase (which you were unaware of initially). If that is the case, we may refund you the difference, given that you inform us about the code you missed out on.
