Where's my order?
Usually, we fulfill orders a day or two after we receive the notification of your order. After that, it will take an additional 3-7 business days to process your order from the shipping/delivery team. A tracking code will then be sent to us, and you can request your personal tracking code by emailing or messaging us to track your order. However, in most cases, tracking codes are sent directly to your inbox. If that's not the case, please email us.
Why does my order take so long and why is it slower than the others?
The delivery/shipping times vary depending on many factors that are outside our control, such as the shipping, delivery and handling conditions, the demand and nature of the product, the customs process, and of course the country it is being shipped to.
If your order is taking longer than usual or compared to others, we ask that you please be patient, since it is probably one or a combination of factors affecting the delay.
The shipping time outlined on this FAQ page shows on average, how long it may take in business days. Please do not be alarmed if your order is slightly delayed due to the reasons above.
Can I cancel or change my address/order?
Please email us as soon as possible if you wish to change or cancel your order. Please note that once the item has been fulfilled and marked as shipped, we are not able to make any changes or cancellations to your order.
I ordered more than one item, but did not receive all of them?
Delivery times may vary with each item depending on their shipping and handling conditions and the methods used to ship to a country. Since we have a large assortment of products not stocked in house, when you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately as well. If one of your items have arrived, it is likely that the other will arrive soon. We try our best to package all orders together, but sometimes the conditions may not allow for it. So please don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once...they are on the way!
How long am I expecting for my package to arrive?
ALL shipping is FREE and we ship worldwide with the fastest and most practical shipping option. We are overestimating the amount of time it may take due to uncontrollable factors like shipping/handling conditions, customs process, demand and nature of the item, the countries it is shipped to and internal issues. In most cases, the items that you order will arrive before the estimated delivery time.

How do you place an order?
The order process is really simple.
1. Select an item of your choice and if you would like to purchase, click the "Add To Cart" button conveniently located below the product description.
2. This should bring you to a cart page. Click checkout to proceed if you are satisfied regarding the products you want to order. If not, simply go back and repeat step 1 to add more products.
3. Click checkout and enter your contact information and shipping address so we know where to ship it to. Choose a payment method, then enter your payment information. Once done, a confirmation message will appear and you're all set!
4. You should receive a tracking number a few days after regarding your order. This will allow you to track the status of your shipment.
5. Sit back, wait patiently, and most importantly, enjoy your product as it arrives!
Priority vs. Free worldwide shipping...what's the difference?
Delivery times will be quite similar between the two options. The major difference is the fact that we will most likely process your order first if you chose the priority shipping option. With that said, please don't be alarmed if the priority shipping product arrives later than you expected!
